About

The Gymnastics Federation of Bermuda oversees the sport of Gymnastics. We WORK towards making Gymnastics in Bermuda the best it can be for ALL participants.

  • Promote Gymnastics sports;
  • Manage rules and regulations, including anti-doping, child safeguarding, and equality
  • Vision and strategic plan
  • Governance framework
  • Encourage and grow participation
  • Develop coaches, athletes, and officials
  • Organize and host competitions.

In addition:

  • Safe, ethical, and fair sport
  • Improving competitiveness in Olympic disciplines including Artistic, Rhythmic and Trampoline
  • Improving communication
  • Improving relationships with our international partners

We are a member of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) as well as Pan American Gymnastics Union (PAGU), and the Caribbean Gymnastics League (CGL).

Seven competitive gymnastics disciplines are governed by the FIG: artistic gymnastics, further classified as men’s artistic gymnastics (MAG) and women’s artistic gymnastics (WAG); rhythmic gymnastics (RG); aerobic gymnastics (AER); acrobatic gymnastics (ACRO); trampolining (TRA); double mini trampoline (DMT), tumbling (TUM) and the newest, parkour

We are supported by the Bermuda Olympics Association (BOA), and Bermuda Youth & Sport (Y&S).
